- Free Express shipping is applied automatically at checkout on orders over $110, worldwide.
- Delivery times are estimates only. Because international shipping can be affected by customs, weather, and carrier delays, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and we are unable to offer a refund or compensation for late arrival.
International shipping
We ship worldwide to the following regions: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected countries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. All shipping prices are in USD, and the same Standard and Express rates above apply to all destinations.

For orders to countries that require customs clearance (including parts of the Middle East and Asia), delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. Please note that customs clearance may require your cooperation — providing necessary documents or paying applicable duties. If customs procedures are not completed in time, your order may be delayed beyond the estimate.
Order cancellation
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge, by emailing info.liolili@gmail.com.
- Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Customs & duties
The prices on our store do not include any overseas duties, taxes, or customs charges. These are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country.
